December and the New Year

December is a busy time, making art, showing at various holiday markets, getting ready for family to arrive. I had scheduled a print happy hour for next week but decided to reschedule it for next year. I plan on having one a month, where participants will get to print an item of clothing using my archive of blocks, this is always a fun get together and a way of printing with no pressure. Some exciting news, I will be teaching a printmaking class in Santa Fe at Muses Santa Fe, the wonderful studio space of artist Stacy Nixon, on January 20th. The details and sign up are on the Muses website, musessantafe.com

The Railyard Artisan Market is still going strong and the best place to shop for local art. There are two more Sundays this year then we will be back January 7th. Two more Tuesday shows then they will return in the spring with the farmers.

I am excited about next year, I will start announcing classes at my studio soon!
